Wish you could glide around gracefully like the dancers in the Nutcracker? What if you could pull off those elegant moves in water?

Whether you're an experienced dancer looking to experiment or you're learning ballet for the first time, this class is for you.

In this private, 50-minute class, you will learn from Elvira, a professional ballerina with a degree in ballet dance. You can choose one of the following:

1. Traditional Ballet: Even if you're an absolute beginner, it's not too late to learn ballet. Ballet is a technical and graceful dance form that will tone your entire body and help you get lean and fit, while also improving your posture. You will learn all about the different techniques in ballet, including pointe, plié, pirouette, split and more.
2. Aqua Ballet: For adept swimmers, aqua ballet is a great alternative to swimming laps in the pool. It incorporates elements of traditional ballet, but also breaks away from it, allowing you to become a better swimmer and dancer. Not only will it help tone your body, it will also improve your coordination and help you master complicated moves with grace.

If you would like to try out the instructor, opt for the single-session class. Choose 8 sessions if you are able to attend classes 2 times a week. Depending on your skill level, Elvira will tailor the class according to your needs.
