Stand Up Paddling or SUP is a great hobby that is perfect for the calm waters of Abu Dhabi. You’ll basically balance on a surfboard standing up (don’t worry because it’s larger than a regular board) and paddle away. It is a great workout for your abs as you will be slightly squatting, bending your legs to balance, while your arms are on the paddle, perfectly targeting your core muscles.
This fun experience takes 1 hour. You’ll first have a quick training on how to keep your balance and how to go about paddling before the actual getting on the board.
* Wear comfortable clothes; life jackets will be provided

* Experiences can be arranged on the same day if booked before 12:00 pm. If booked after 12:00 pm, it will be arranged on the following day
* Participants must be medically fit and should have basic swimming skills
