Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Online Marketing Manager to help us build our newly launched online marketplace. The candidate will work in a fast-paced startup environment with a chance to experience all stages of growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize marketing spent and performance accordingly
  • Explore new growth opportunities
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Your profile

  • 5+ years hands-on working experience in performance marketing and online campaign management - preferably at a leading online startup
  • Solid knowledge of web and app analytics tools
  • Proven experience in managing SEO, SEM, email, social media (Facebook, Instagram, twitter) and display advertising campaigns
  • Ability to think out-of- the-box as well as identifying the right target groups and designing compelling online campaigns
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and Facebook campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to- date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Your responsibilities

  • Generate new business through established networks, relationships, independent research, and the lead management pipeline
  • Approach potential business partners (either via phone or face-to-face), introduce them to our platform, educate them about the advantages, and convince them to try it out
  • Explain business partners how to use our platform and support them in managing their account and content
  • Proactively identify areas in the sales process for improvement and provide directly feedback to the management team

Your profile
